Scenario

When parents question their own faith while guiding their children

My teenage daughter is asking hard questions about the faith my husband and I practice and we realize we've been giving her answers that we're not even sure we believe anymore but we don't know how to be honest about our own doubts without undermining everything. We're afraid of failing her by pretending and afraid of failing her by not pretending.

More people experience this than they realize.

What we've seen

You must choose between the safety of inherited answers and the honesty of shared uncertainty.
