When congregations face theological transition

Our church hired a new pastor who preaches a very different theology than what brought most of us here, and the congregation is quietly dividing into those who love the change and those who feel like strangers in their own spiritual home. The board meetings have become tense and political and I don't know if we're supposed to fight for what was or embrace what's becoming.

More people experience this than they realize.

What we've seen

A community must discern whether unity requires conformity or whether love can hold difference.
