Our church is hemorrhaging young adults and the older members keep saying they just need more faith while the younger ones say the institution itself is the problem and we're stuck in these endless meetings that go nowhere. I love this community but we're talking past each other about things that matter more than church politics and I don't know how to help us find each other again.
