How house churches navigate multiple early Christian traditions without losing coherence

Our house church started as people wanting to explore what Christianity might have looked like before Constantine, but now we're discovering how many different early traditions there were and we can't agree on which ones to learn from or whether mixing them is respectful or just spiritual shopping. Some want structure, others resist anything that feels like doctrine, and our weekly gatherings are becoming tense.

More people experience this than they realize.

What we've seen

A community seeking pre-institutional Christianity discovers that diversity itself can become a source of division when every tradition seems equally valid yet mutually incompatible.
