How to navigate religious differences in interfaith spiritual groups

Our meditation group has been meeting for two years and one member keeps pushing us toward more Christian-specific practices while others want to keep it interfaith and I'm caught in the middle because I invited her and I can feel the group starting to fracture. Everyone's being polite but the energy has shifted and people are starting to skip sessions.

More people experience this than they realize.

What we've seen

The attempt to create inclusive sacred space can be undermined by the very differences it seeks to honor.
