Scenario

When your spiritual community outgrows its original purpose

Our meditation group started as five close friends but it's grown into twenty people and some of the original members are frustrated that it doesn't feel intimate anymore while the newer people want more structure and teachings. We're at this weird crossroads where we might lose what made it special or split apart entirely.

More people experience this than they realize.

What we've seen

Growth and preservation are pulling the community in opposite directions, threatening the very essence they're trying to protect.
