How spiritual communities balance intimacy and inclusivity

Our meditation group started as six people seeking peace together, but it's grown to twenty and lost its intimacy, and some of the original members want to split off but others feel that's exclusive and goes against our values. We don't know how to honor both growth and depth.

More people experience this than they realize.

What we've seen

Sacred space can be diluted by its own success when openness and depth pull in different directions.
