When spiritual groups struggle with growth and changing dynamics

Our meditation group started with six people seeking truth together, but now we're twelve and some of the newcomers want to make it more structured and 'serious' while the original group values the organic, unguided nature of what we've built. We're meditating on acceptance but apparently can't accept each other's different approaches to seeking.

More people experience this than they realize.

What we've seen

You are being asked to practice non-attachment to the very form your spiritual practice has taken.
