When spiritual groups lose their founding leader

Our meditation group was founded by someone who moved away last year and now we're trying to continue without her guidance but we all have different ideas about what direction to take. Some want more structure, others want complete silence, and a few want to incorporate other practices, and we're avoiding the conversation because we're afraid it will break us apart.

More people experience this than they realize.

What we've seen

A leaderless community is discovering that shared silence doesn't necessarily mean shared vision.
