When spiritual practice groups struggle with depth versus inclusivity

Our meditation group was supposed to be non-denominational but our teacher keeps weaving in Buddhist concepts that make some members uncomfortable and others want to go deeper. We're split between honoring everyone's comfort level and actually progressing in practice together.

More people experience this than they realize.

What we've seen

A community must balance the desire for authentic spiritual development with the need to remain accessible to all members.
