When small faith communities outgrow their original structure

Our prayer group started five years ago in my living room and now we're twenty people with different ideas about leadership and some want more structure and some want to keep it simple and intimate. Last week someone suggested we need bylaws and half the group looked horrified and I'm realizing we never talked about what we were actually building together.

More people experience this than they realize.

What we've seen

Sacred gatherings can fracture under the weight of growth when the community has never clarified its deepest intentions.
