Three of us have been close friends since college, and we used to talk about everything including our spiritual searching, but over the past year one friend has had a profound religious awakening while another has become completely secular, and I'm somewhere in between feeling like I have to choose sides. Our conversations feel stilted now and I miss the openness we used to have.
