Scenario

When shared spiritual practices naturally end

Three of us started a meditation practice together during the pandemic and it became this beautiful ritual, but now that life is back to normal we're all making excuses and skipping sessions and none of us wants to be the one to say it's dying. We're pretending it's just scheduling when really we've all changed and maybe outgrown what we created together.

More people experience this than they realize.

What we've seen

The evolution of your individual spirits has quietly outgrown the container you built together, but no one wants to be the first to acknowledge the loss.
