I grow everyone else. Who is growing me?

You built the programs. You watched other people grow inside them. Somewhere along the way, you decided your own growth could wait, because you were busy with theirs. That is not generosity. It is a convenient hiding place. Tending others lets you feel useful while you skip the harder work — sitting with your own gaps and doing something about them. With a pod or team around you, this gets worse before it gets better. You can all perform growth for each other all day and none of you actually practice it alone. You are not exempt from the thing you teach. Say that plainly, to yourself, now.

What’s really going on

You stopped because tending others felt like enough work for one day. It isn't. Growth is not something you hand out while skipping it yourself. Pick one practice you require of others — the smallest one — and do it this week, before you build theirs again.

A movePick one practice you require of others. Do it yourself this week — in front of your pod, not in private.
A moveSay the gap out loud to your pod, plainly, as a fact — not as a confession or a bid for sympathy.
A movePut your own growth on the calendar before you schedule theirs.
A moveAsk one person in your pod to check on it weekly. Let them actually ask.
A moveStop counting their progress as proof of yours. It is not the same ledger.

What changes unlock by starting

  • You name, out loud, the one thing you've been skipping — this week, not someday.
  • Your pod holds you to the same standard you hold them.
  • You do one practice you teach, instead of only designing it for others.
  • You stop mistaking other people's growth for evidence of your own.
