Should we fear AI that edits and makes video, or learn it?

You say it will take your work, or you say it is a toy not worth your time. Both are ways of not touching it. Neither costs you anything today — and that is the problem. This is not happening to one person alone. It is happening to the whole pod, the whole team. Someone avoids it quietly. Someone else quietly resents them for it. No one has actually sat down and tested the thing. You cannot think your way to clarity on this. You can only test your way there. Pick a real task. Hand it to the tool. Look at what comes back. Then decide — together — based on what you saw, not what you feared or hoped.

A little teaching demystifies the tool, but the real obstacle is avoidance and fear, which only action and shared testing can fix.

What’s really going on

Fear and dismissal are the same excuse in different clothes. The tool does not care what you think of it. Learn what it actually does. Test it with your team this week. Judge it by results, not by rumor or fear. What you refuse to touch, someone else will use against you.
