Why Am I Still Doing Every Job in My Own Business?

You can sell. You can market. You can close the deal and deliver the work. That is not the problem. The problem is you are still doing all three — plus ten other jobs — in one exhausted body. You may already have people around you — a partner, a small team, a pod. But you built the habit of doing it all yourself, and the habit outlived its reason.
