Your period wrecks you every month

Every month it takes you down — the pain, the exhaustion, the mood, the days you push through because you're expected to. You've maybe been told it's just part of being a woman, to tough it out. But it genuinely disrupts your life, and you're tired of losing days on a schedule and being told that's normal.

What’s really going on

Let me say this plainly, because too few do: pain and symptoms that genuinely wreck your life are not something you should just tough out, and 'that's normal, deal with it' is not good enough. Severe period symptoms can point to conditions that deserve real diagnosis and treatment — please get them taken seriously, and find a provider who does if the first one won't. Alongside getting proper care, there's the living-with: working with your cycle instead of against it, and the harder part — how tiring it is to hurt on a schedule and to have that pain doubted. You deserve both real care and real kindness here.
