Any time not spent working feels wasted to me — a slow afternoon, an unproductive evening, a lazy morning all carry a low guilt. I have lost the ability to value time that produces nothing, which means I can never fully rest in it.Even in the closest moments — with my partner, my children, the people I love most — my mind is half on work.
