Why am I still the only one who knows the warehouse?

You call yourself indispensable. Look closer. You built a doorway, and now everyone must pass through you. You stand there, tired, strangely proud of the line. This did not happen to you. You chose it, one answered message at a time. Every time you solved it alone, instead of teaching someone, you added a brick to your own cell. The warehouse will still need someone who understands it deeply. It does not need you to be the only exit. That is a different problem, and you can solve it this week.

The real block isn't lack of know-how, it's the habit of rescuing, so the page leans into action over explanation.

What’s really going on

You built this trap yourself, by answering every question instead of teaching people to answer it. Complaining about the traffic changes nothing. Close the road. Write down what you know. Stop answering questions you've already answered once. Make others capable, on purpose, starting today.

🔒 What you’ll build togetherUnlock by starting
A moveWrite down the next five questions people ask you, before you answer them twice.
A movePick one task only you can do, and teach it fully to someone else this week.
A moveWhen someone routes a question to you, point them to the source — a doc, a dashboard, a person — instead of answering it yourself.
A moveBlock two hours this week to write documentation nobody has to beg you for.
A moveName one person to become a second expert. Tell them today, out loud, that it is now their job too.

What changes unlock by starting

  • Fewer messages landing on you by default.
  • At least one other person who can answer what only you could before.
  • A written record of knowledge that used to live only in your head.
  • More time for the work only you can actually do.
One object, two jobs: a public answer to a real problem, and — the moment you start the chat — Aurelius’s live plan for your version of it.
