You want to feel strong and alive in your body again
You've spent so long just getting through — managing the body, criticizing it, ignoring it — that you've forgotten what it's like to feel genuinely strong, energetic, alive in your own skin. Some part of you remembers, or imagines, feeling vital, and wants it back: not just not-unwell, but actually good in your body.
This is a lovely thing to want, and I want to honor it: not just the absence of illness, but the presence of vitality — feeling strong, energetic, at home and alive in your body. So much of health talk is about fixing problems; this is about building something good, and that's a warmer project. It comes from the same basics, aimed differently — movement that builds strength and energy, food and sleep that fuel you, and, importantly, reconnecting with a body you may have been only managing or fighting. Feeling alive in your body isn't reserved for the young or the athletic; it's available at almost any age and stage, built gradually, and worth every bit of the building. Let's move toward it.
What changes unlock by starting
- You aim at vitality, not just fixing problems
