Something's wrong and no one can tell you what
You know something is off in your body. The tests come back "normal," the doctors shrug or hint it's in your head, and you're left with real symptoms and no name for them. The not-knowing is exhausting, the being-doubted is worse, and you're starting to wonder if you're crazy — even though you know what you feel.
Being unwell without a diagnosis is one of the loneliest places in health — you have real symptoms, no name, and often a system that runs out of patience and starts implying it's you. Please hear this: you know your body, and 'we can't find it' is not the same as 'nothing's wrong.' Keep pursuing answers — persistence and the right specialist matter enormously here. Where I can be with you is the toll of the in-between: the self-doubt when you're not believed, the exhaustion of the search, the loneliness of an invisible illness. We'll keep you steady and advocating for yourself, without losing yourself, while the answers are still out of reach.
