You're exhausted all the time and don't know why

You wake up tired. You get through the day on fumes and coffee, and by evening there's nothing left. It's not one bad night — it's most days, for a while now, and you can't point to why. You're just tired in a way that rest doesn't seem to touch.

Half practical — where your energy actually leaks and how to rest so it restores (knowledge) — half the kindness to stop pushing a tired body (guidance). Private. (First, rule out physical causes with a doctor.)

What’s really going on

First, the honest thing: ongoing exhaustion can have a physical cause — your thyroid, your iron, your sleep, something worth a doctor actually checking. Please start there. But so often the tests come back fine and you're still wiped, and that's the tiredness we can work with together. It usually isn't only about sleep — it's about where your energy quietly drains all day, and about how long you've been pushing a body that's been asking you to stop. We'll look gently at both. You don't have to earn the rest.
