Neurodivergence — lived experience

Neurodivergence encompasses the full range of minds that process the world through non-standard pathways — ADHD, autism, dyslexia, Tourette's, and their many intersections — without treating any of them as deficits relative to a fixed norm. The Sutras' project was never to produce a single type of citta but to understand the full range of its configurations and how each can move toward its own form of clarity. Centering lived experience means learning the landscape of neurodivergent minds from the inside, not only through clinical observation from without.
